Two IR temperature sensors monitor liner temperature at pre-heater exit providing touch screen display and feedback control to PLC controlled PID loop with time proportinal correction to wrap arm position control. Wrap arm position control can use existing motor starter with time proportional correction control or closed loop position feedback. The system can be supplied to control medium and pre-conditionier wrap arm.
This system is low cost addition to CSI Singlefacer drive package or supplied as standalone addition using FlexLogix PLC . |
